How do I cancel my order?

You can contact our support team at [email protected]. Our hours of operation are 9 AM - 5 PM EST. We do not offer support via phone at the moment - the best way to reach us is through email, chat, and social media.

Can you cancel my order?

We’ll do our best! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to our support team as soon as possible at [email protected] and we’ll try to catch it in time. Once it’s been packed and handed off to the carrier, we’re unable to cancel it —

Can I edit my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed, it starts moving through our system quickly — so we’re not able to make changes to items, shipping info, or payment details. If you need help, reach out right away and we’ll do everything we can to assist before it ships!

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

Sometimes tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships — especially during busy carrier periods. If it’s been longer than that or if something looks off, reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to check on it for you!

I entered the wrong shipping address — can you change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address in time! Reach out to us right away with the correct info. Once the package has left our facility, we’re unable to change the destination — but we’ll help figure out next steps
